I've been on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to pregnancy and exercise—from staying active to starting over—so I understand firsthand how powerful movement can be during this season of life. My mission is to help you feel strong, supported, and confident through every stage of motherhood.

Feeling stronger and more fit at 34 weeks pregnant. I have used Becca's pregnancy workout guide my entire pregnancy. As someone who was already doing plenty of cardio (not pregnant), I was excited to incorporate weight lifting into my workouts in order to feel and stay strong during my second pregnancy.

I can happily say I feel stronger and more fit 34 weeks pregnant with my second than I did when I was pregnant with my first. Looking forward to Becca's postpartum guide once this baby is born!

This guide helped me! This guide was so easy to follow and really helped me feel good during pregnancy! It kept me from feeling overwhelmed wondering what I should/shouldn't be doing with a growing belly.

I'm the type of person who likes to have a set plan when working out and to be shown how to do different exercises, so I loved the pictures and glossary in the back of the book. All the moves are realistic to do with a belly and can be done from your phone in the comfort of your own home. I also really liked that there is a deep core exercise in each workout and I feel like these aren't talked about enough with women! I had no idea what TVA breaths were until this book and I am still doing them in my postpartum journey.

I have been doing the workout for a week now and I love it! It is easing me into workouts which is so helpful for me who is competitive and wants to go from zero to 60 in no time. Great way to get back into exercise I loved doing this guide! I started this two years after my last baby. I've tried to get back into exercising many times and just never found anything at my level. I loved the pelvic floor exercises in phase 1 and how we still continued them throughout phase 2 and 3. It took me about 4 months to complete the program and this week I started an exercise program I used to do pre-baby and I could actually balance on one leg and felt like I could really do the exercises!
