Hi, I’m Becca.

I am a certified pre and postnatal fitness specialist with three babies of my own, and another one on the way!

I’ve been at both ends of the spectrum when it comes to pregnancy and exercise, so I know just how important movement is for a positive pregnancy and postpartum experience.

A Little More About Me

My family and I live in the beautiful state of California, but I’m proudly Iowa born and raised. I earned my degree in Education from the University of Iowa, where I was also a cheerleader—Go Hawkeyes!

In 2012, I was honored to be crowned Miss Iowa USA, which led to the incredible opportunity to represent my home state at the Miss USA Pageant, where I was voted Miss Congeniality.

These experiences taught me so much about discipline, nutrition, the fitness world, and what it means to truly strive to be your best self—inside and out.

Why I Do This Work

This journey began with my own experience of pregnancy, loss, and healing.

My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage, and for a long time, I carried the belief that it was somehow my fault. Exercise had always been my outlet—my way to manage stress and take care of myself—but out of fear of losing another baby, I stopped exercising entirely during my next pregnancy. I felt disconnected, struggled physically, faced complications, and eventually battled postpartum depression.

That experience changed everything for me. It opened my eyes to how deeply movement impacts not just our bodies, but our emotional and mental well-being—especially during pregnancy and postpartum. I knew I wanted to help others avoid the struggles I faced, so I pursued education and certification in pre- and postnatal exercise. Now, I’m passionate about helping other moms move with confidence, clarity, and support through every stage of motherhood.

After becoming certified, I felt called to create a pregnancy-safe strength training program for women who enjoy lifting—something I found was largely missing from the market. When I was pregnant with my third son, I followed the prenatal guide I had created, and the difference in my postpartum recovery was incredible. I couldn’t believe how much smoother and more enjoyable both my pregnancy and recovery were. Prenatal exercise truly changed everything for me, and I knew other women deserved to experience the same.

I firmly believe that moving our bodies during pregnancy and postpartum is one of the best things we can do for our changing bodies, our mental health, and the well-being of our growing baby.
